Nicotine Anonymous is a twelve-step program for the suffering nicotine addict. They have meetings all over the country as well as online meetings and phone meetings. Check out their schedule, and get their literature. It's a great help.
American Lung Association
American Heart Association
St. Helena Hospital/St. Helena Center for Health near the Napa Valley in northern California has one of the two in-house smoking cessation programs in the country. The other is the Mayo Clinic. in Florida and Arizona.
